Sustainability of a True Working Waterfront

We have implemented many restoration initiatives since we purchased the 16 acres surrounding the Pacetti Preserve.

Restoration to date:

Removed Ruins of Old Florida Club and Docksider Restaurant

Removed rubbish and dumping along 1800 feet of the riverfront

Added landscape and scenic walkways

Updated/Improved existing Down the Hatch Seafood Restaurant
Planned the sustainability of the Sea Love Boat Works facility
Completed additional safety measures
Improved the public boat docking area

 

We even initiated several land preservation measures.

Land Preservation to date:

Phase I Environmental Studies

Archeological Studies Phase I & II
Botanical and Arborist Studies

Shoreline Restoration with New Environmental Sea Walls

Removal of Buried, Undisclosed Leaking Fuel Tanks (worked closely with VCEM)
Removal of several non permitted septic tanks


We have continued to allow public usage of our land:
